There is a direct correlation between living close to the water and lower blood pressure.  I'm pretty certain I've proved that this week at the beach.  Work has been very stressful and yet within a day I've been able to relax and enjoy being down at the beach with my family.  

The Shopping List {Nivea}

Chapstick for the beach is a must.  My bridesmaids gave me Nivea as part of my Croatia travel kit earlier this year.  It worked perfectly for beaches on the Adriatic and it is working perfectly down in Corolla.
