Out to dinner for a date night with my husband.  Love it when he takes me out for Mexican.  Cheese, pulled chicken, spicy salsa, plus tons of carbs in all those delicious chips.  Top it off with a margarita (on the rocks, no salt please!) and I've come pretty close to perfection.
